A good field of players contested the October Monthly Medal last Saturday at the Camperdown
Golf Club, sponsored by Davis Milk Bar.

A Grade Winner and receiving the privilege pot was Brian Fitzgerald 80-11-69 from Algie White on
79-8-71. Also finishing on a nett 71 in A Grade were David Regan and Bernie Sinnott.
Dale Evans took out B Grade with 96-25-71 from Tony Cronin on 88-16-72.

15th Peter Skene
17th Aaron Sinnott
The Birdie hole was 12th where Brian Fitzgerald managed a Birdie.

The day also included a putting competition where David Regan won with 25 putts, and Jarrod
Evans recorded the longest putt on the 18th.

Balls down the line went to nett scores of 73 or less, Brian Fitzgerald 69, Algie White, David
Regan, Bernie Sinnott, Dale Evans 71, Tony Cronin, Tom Moran 72, Jarrod Evans 73.

A Stroke event was also contested at last Thursday’s nine hole competition with Jack Kerr
winning with nett 33 ½ from Ian Urquhart on nett 34.

Due to the lingering inclement weather, the 2017 club championships have been put back a week to commence on Saturday 28 October.
The following 3 rounds to be played on: Sunday 29 October, Saturday 4 November and Sunday 5
This Saturday is a Stableford competition.
